Bonde is an active trial lawyer and over the past 21 years has taken over 60 jury cases to a verdict. He has worked a State Prosecutor and as a trial attorney for two renowned Groton and New London trial law firms. Over this time, Attorney Johnson has developed a unique comfort handling cases in the courtroom. This experience permits him to effectively  assist our clients in all phases of their case.

Bonde is a native of Southeastern Connecticut.  He received his undergraduate degree from Boston University in 1985 and his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1989. While in law school he was the Executive Managing Editor of the Law Review, a member of the Law School’s Mock Team,  and a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant.  

In addition to his legal career he successfully ran his own heavy excavation and contracting business as well as a septic installation company. He continues to work as a professional freelance  musician and is a member of the Local Musician’s Union.

As a daily riding motorcyclist, also holding class A CDL, he is uniquely suited to handle all auto, truck and motorcycle accident claims. He is always ready to assist our client’s from an initial friendly discussion through zealous and convincing closing arguments at trial.
